Job Summary:
DT Professional Services is seeking a Property Systems Analyst (Management Analyst I) to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate government property records, processing asset transactions in Navy ERP, supporting inventories and audits, preparing shipping and disposal documentation, and ensuring compliance with federal property accountability requirements. The position works closely with internal stakeholders, property custodians, and logistics personnel to maintain accurate asset visibility and support lifecycle management of government equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage government property records and asset accountability within Navy ERP and associated property management systems.
  • Generate and process asset documentation, including DD1348-1A, DD1149, and DLA Form 2500, for equipment shipments, transfers, and disposition.
  • Update ERP records for new assets, transfers, custody changes, location changes, and equipment retirement.
  • Barcode and track newly received General Equipment and ensure assets are properly entered into inventory systems.
  • Conduct annual and cyclical physical inventories and assist with custody change inventories.
  • Perform monthly asset reconciliation to validate documentation, signatures, and ERP data accuracy.
  • Coordinate equipment shipments, DRMO/DLA disposition activities, and logistics support.
  • Ensure ERP asset transactions and supporting documentation are completed within established timelines.
  • Analyze asset records to ensure compliance with government property management policies and contractual requirements.
  • Assist with system audits, inventory validation, and documentation reviews.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and support continuous data integrity across property management systems.
  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel, property custodians, logistics teams, and government stakeholders to support operational requirements.
  • Document operational procedures and recommend improvements to asset management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal government property management regulations and organizational policies.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Experience supporting government property or asset management within a federal or Department of Defense environment.
  • Experience preparing and processing DD1348-1A, DD1149, and DLA Form 2500 documentation.
  • Experience managing equipment inventories, asset accountability, and property records.
  • Knowledge of government property lifecycle management, including receipt, transfer, disposal, and reconciliation.
  • Experience performing inventory audits, data validation, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with government property accountability systems.
  • Knowledge of federal property management regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional logistics, warehouse, and government teams.

The compensation for this position: $24-$26 hourly
