Job Summary:

This is a hybrid position and candidates must be located within the DMV area.

DT Professional Services LLC is seeking a Mid-Level SharePoint Tech/Analyst to support our client in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Northern VA). We provide reliable Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamic 365
CRM platforms as a service to its customer base to host a variety of mission applications, collaboration,
business intelligence, and workflows. In this role, you will be using cutting-edge SharePoint technologies such as delivering the best solutions to our clients in coordination with the Program Manager, team leads & members. This role does require an active Secret clearance.


Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities across teams to ensure work progresses on schedule, including monitoring leadership communications (i.e. email, Microsoft Teams, task boards) and following up on action items.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly reports, including Weekly Status Reports, Aging Ticket Reports, and On-site Activity Reports.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining monthly reports in accordance with contract and leadership requirements.
  • Assist and support delivery teams by tracking contractual deliverables, ensuring completeness and on-time submission.
  • Manage equipment logistics, including tracking, requests, and coordination with team members.
  • Support onboarding and off-boarding activities, including access coordination and checklist completion.
  • Track and manage government property, ensuring accurate records and compliance.
  • Assist with producing and maintaining accountability drill reports and support documentation.
  • Manage and maintain email distribution lists and ensure contact lists remain current.
  • Verify team members have access to required software, tools, and systems, escalating gaps as needed.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation in SP.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics, including scheduling, agendas, and notes.
  • Support team-building activities and internal engagement initiatives (i.e. virtual Lunch & Learns, Happy Hours, etc.)
  • Maintain and update the ECS internal portal, ensuring content accuracy and accessibility.
  • Ensure team awareness of required training and track progress
  • Develop effective processes to ensure team members complete required tasks on time (e.g. creating trackers or task boards utilizing Microsoft SharePoint or Teams)
  • Participating in ECS Team meetings as necessary
  • Assist with ensuring morning & evening site checks on status of SP and CRM environments
  • Facilitate Meetings (e.g. Daily Huddle)
  • Ensure team has necessary software/tokens, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Ability to work core business hours daily (8-4pm)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize business requirements into system functionality within the SharePoint framework
  • Experience in understanding SharePoint collaboration tools (forums/issue lists, document/form libraries, etc.) and the ability to seamlessly integrate with other Microsoft tools
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with SharePoint
  • Minimum of 3 years of Experience with SharePoint 2013, 2019, and SharePoint Online
  • Minimum of 3 years of Experience with Dynamic Microsoft 365
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge/Experience working in an O&M or helpdesk type environment (ServiceNow Ticketing System)
  • Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Forms, Power Apps)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Preference is local to the DC metro area in order to come on site as needed to support the Team.

The compensation range for this position: $95,000 - $115,000
