Job Summary:
DT Professional Services is seeking a
Mid-Level SharePoint/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst/Tester to support our Government Client in a remote capacity! We provide reliable Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamic 365 CRM platforms as a service to its customer base to host a variety of mission applications, collaboration, business intelligence, and workflows. Our team operates, maintains, assimilates, and upgrades multiple SharePoint and CRM instances. We examine and rationalize the existing content and customizations in the SharePoint production farms with the intent of migration to future generation environments. As a Microsoft SharePoint Analyst/Dynamic Customer Relations Management (CRM), you will be using cutting edge SharePoint technologies, such as to deliver the best solutions to our clients. This is a temporary position (full time for 6 months) that requires an Active Secret Clearance to be considered.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Power Apps and Power Automate Testing
  • Document/Writing Test Cases, Test Plans
  • Create User Guides
  • Develop/Modify Workflows
  • Resolve Incident & Work Order tickets related to SharePoint/CRM using OOB functionality (Tier II Support)
  • Participate in ECRB & CAB meetings as necessary
  • Provide SP/CRM migration support, leading migrations
  • Produce morning & evening site checks on status of SP and CRM environments
  • Maintain list of all site owners and POCs
  • Develop and implement SharePoint governance and ensue alignment with Government Client governance and Microsoft
  • Provide input for SharePoint/CRM SOPs or guidance as needed
  • Facilitate best practices and solutions from SharePoint “out of the box” functionality
  • Effectively serve as a technical and functional liaison for SharePoint portal solutions
  • Help facilitate SharePoint adoption by end users and become a subject matter expert for SharePoint usability and improvements to SharePoint sites Contribute in improving our processes and policies within the SharePoint program
  • Oversee Tier 2 SP Analyst support activities
  • Participation in the analysis, design, testing and implementation of enterprise SharePoint solutions
  • Adhere to standards, policies, best practices and procedures related to the support and operations of SharePoint environment in accordance with JSP and DOD regulations and MS best practices
  • Offer suggestions and improvements for documentation and best practices
Basic Qualifications:
  • Must possess an active DoD issued Secret Clearance
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize business requirements into system functionality within the SharePoint framework
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify what tasks need to be prioritized based on the impact(s) to the environment and team.
  • Comprehensive experience with SharePoint configuration through the web UI
  • Experience in the implementation of SharePoint collaboration tools (forums/issue lists, document/form libraries, etc.) and the ability to seamlessly integrate with other Microsoft tools
  • SharePoint specific required skills (through the web UI): customizing web parts and web part pages; creating sites, document libraries, lists and views; search and taxonomies; Office/InfoPath integration; and reporting functions
  • Troubleshooting experience, working through various technical issues related to SharePoint or dependencies
  • 3+ years of experience with Power Apps and Power Automate Testing and documentation
  • 3+ years of experience with Creating User Guides and developing workflows
  • 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Designer & InfoPath
  • 3+ years of Experience with SharePoint 2013, 2019, and SharePoint Online
  • 2+ years of Experience with SharePoint migrations
  • 3+ years of Experience with Dynamic 365
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an O&M or help desk type environment (Remedy Ticketing System)
  • Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Forms, Power Apps)
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Preference is local to the DC metro area in order to come on site as needed to support classified environment

The compensation range for this position: $95,000 - $127,000 annually.
