Job Summary:
DT Pro is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented IT Logistics Operator to support daily warehouse and inventory operations within our IT Fulfillment Center. This role is responsible for receiving, tracking, preparing, and distributing computer equipment and IT materials across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure timely processing of shipments, returns, and warranty replacements while delivering excellent internal customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, record, and distribute incoming IT equipment and materials from multiple shipping carriers
  • Pack, prepare, prioritize, and process outbound IT equipment shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Audit shipment and receiving documentation against physical inventory and report discrepancies
  • Manage inventory control activities, including warehousing, material handling, stock audits, and inventory tracking
  • Utilize ServiceNow ticketing system to fulfill fulfillment and hot swap requests
  • Communicate with end users to confirm shipping details and gather additional information as needed
  • Process and track RMAs, salvage equipment, and end-of-lease (EOL) returns
  • Coordinate vendor returns and maintain accurate supporting documentation
  • Perform warranty replacement processing for laptop bags, printers, docking stations, monitors, and headsets through vendor portals
  • Track and monitor replacement products and update inventory counts accordingly
  • Conduct monthly inventory site scans and stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Order additional inventory and supplies to meet operational demand
  • Test returned monitors, docking stations, MiFi devices, and peripheral cables to verify functionality before returning items to deployable inventory
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, shrink wrap machines, and scanners safely and efficiently
  • Communicate shipment, inventory, or fulfillment issues to vendors, management, and internal teams as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working in warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or IT asset management environments
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Experience using scanners and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and shrink wrapping machines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an IT fulfillment center or technology warehouse environment
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticket management systems
  • Experience managing computer hardware inventory and asset tracking
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes with multiple courier services
  • Experience handling RMAs, warranty claims, and vendor return processes
  • Understanding of computer hardware and peripherals including monitors, docking stations, laptops, printers, and accessories
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet shipping deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The compensation for this role:$19.00 - $21.00 Hourly
