Job Summary:
DT Pro is seeking a Supply & Logistics Specialist (Management Analyst II) to support supply, inventory, Ship Store, material handling, and mailroom operations in Port Hueneme, CA. This role is responsible for processing and tracking material transactions, maintaining accurate inventory and supporting documentation, and ensuring logistics activities are completed in accordance with established procedures and timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Process DLA Troop Support/Grainger and MILSTRIP goods receipts through the Off-Site Receipt Tool and update transaction status within required timelines.
  • Submit, track, update, close, and resubmit Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDRs) through PDREP.
  • Perform Key Supporting Document (KSD) reviews for Navy ERP goods receipts in accordance with FIAR requirements and maintain required accuracy standards.
  • Research open MILSTRIP requisitions and resolve or report outstanding transactions.
  • Submit purchase requests and track purchase orders through completion of goods receipt in Navy ERP.
  • Support Ship Store operations, including processing and delivering orders, maintaining inventory, uploading signed receipts, and updating the ServiceNow catalog.
  • Train command personnel on use of the Ship Store website and ServiceNow processes.
  • Track and report Ship Store financial, purchasing, and inventory information, including monthly charges and purchase order data.
  • Perform physical and wall-to-wall inventories of OM&S in laboratories, warehouses, and stockrooms; reconcile and report discrepancies.
  • Assist with Quality Assurance spot checks for material movements generated in Navy ERP.
  • Generate DD Form 1149 shipping documents in Navy ERP and support material shipments and deliveries.
  • Safely handle and transport materials using forklifts, other Material Handling Equipment, golf carts, and stake bed trucks in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Receive, sort, distribute, and ship mail and packages; maintain accurate logs, supply inventory, and required mail security.
  • Maintain clean, organized, safe, and compliant Ship Store, inventory, stockroom, and mailroom areas and report safety or environmental concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead and other stakeholders to report system issues, implement process changes, and resolve Off-Site Receipt Tool and ServiceNow issues.
  • Maintain required website and system accounts, communicate through Microsoft Outlook and Teams, and complete all mandatory training.
  • Other duties assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Experience in supply, logistics, inventory, warehouse, material management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience performing physical inventories, maintaining records, and identifying and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Ability to accurately process and maintain supply, purchasing, inventory, and financial documentation.
  • Ability to follow established procedures, processing timelines, safety requirements, and quality standards.
  • Ability to safely handle materials and operate Material Handling Equipment, including forklifts.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting U.S. Navy, DoD, or other federal supply and logistics operations.
  • Experience with Navy ERP, MILSTRIP, PDREP, and ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDRs), FIAR requirements, and Key Supporting Document (KSD) reviews.

The compensation for this role: $25.00 - $30.00 hourly

**The range listed represents the company’s good-faith estimate of base compensation for this position at the time of posting. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for the role and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for other forms of compensation, including incentive-based bonuses or commissions, as applicable.
