Job Summary:
DT Professional Services is seeking a Project Support Analyst (Management Analyst I) to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA. This position provides project coordination, data tracking, and process improvement support to help teams effectively plan, execute, and monitor ongoing initiatives. 

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities, milestones, deliverables, and successive phases of work.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze information related to project activities, business processes, operational issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and update project trackers, logs, spreadsheets, task lists, and other program documentation.
  • Track work items, project status, action items, dependencies, and potential blockers to support timely completion of deliverables.
  • Assist with identifying process inefficiencies and developing practical solutions or alternative approaches to improve workflows.
  • Support Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, as applicable.
  • Coordinate with project team members, product owners, technical teams, and other stakeholders to communicate status and support project objectives.
  • Assist with monitoring project timelines, priorities, and progress and communicate potential risks, delays, or issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, presentations, and supporting documentation to communicate project status and provide visibility to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Use project and data-tracking tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Lists, JIRA, and Power BI to organize information and monitor progress.
  • Participate in team discussions to evaluate whether implemented process or workflow changes are effective and identify opportunities for further improvement.
  • Support documentation of procedures, processes, decisions, action items, and project updates.
  • Perform additional analytical, administrative, and project coordination activities in support of program objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Experience in project coordination, program support, business operations, management analysis, administrative analysis, or a related environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, logs, reports, or other project documentation.
  • Ability to gather, organize, and interpret information from multiple sources.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with project management and data visualization tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Lists, and Power BI preferred.

The compensation range for this position: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00
**The range listed represents the company’s good-faith estimate of base compensation for this position at the time of posting. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for the role and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for other forms of compensation, including incentive-based bonuses or commissions, as applicable.
